To ensure we keep our patients and colleagues safe, we follow the College Of Optometrists Professional Guidance for Infection Control & Prevention. These measures include;
Face Coverings
There will be times during your visit to our stores that our team will be wearing a face covering. We may also ask you to wear a face covering during the parts of your visit where you are in a consultation room and in close contact to our colleagues. Don’t worry if you don’t have one, we can supply this for you.
Hand Hygiene
We will continue to have hand sanitiser available at all dispensing areas and in all consultation rooms for both our colleagues & patients to use.
Infection Control
All our equipment is sanitised before and after every patient interaction. All high touch surfaces are sanitised regularly. Our display frames are sanitised after handling using a UVC sanitiser unit.
