Payment & Delivery
Payment
We only accept payment in pounds sterling and by credit or debit card.
We are able to accept the ASDA Money Credit Card, MasterCard, Visa, or Maestro, although we reserve the right to refuse to accept any of these cards from time to time without notice.
Payment will be debited from your account upon submission of your order online. This is not when the contract between ASDA and you is formed (see Your Contract With Us in our Terms and Conditions).
All refund payments will be made by crediting the card you paid with.
Delivery
We only deliver orders to addresses within the United Kingdom (which means England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland).
Delivery to your home may incur a charge which will be displayed at checkout.
Once we have verified your contact lens specification, for stocked items, we aim to despatch your order within 2-3 working days. If we don’t yet have your details verified or for more unusual prescriptions despatch may take longer. If for any reason we are unable to verify your specification we will contact you to let you know.
Ownership of an item will not pass to you until the Item has been delivered to you (either directly, or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour). Once an Item is delivered, you will be responsible for damage or loss of the item.
