Payment & Delivery
Online Payment
We only accept payment in pounds sterling and by credit or debit card.
We are able to accept the ASDA Money Credit Card, MasterCard, Visa, or Maestro, although we reserve the right to refuse to accept any of these cards from time to time without notice.
Payment will be debited from your account upon submission of your order online. This is not when the contract between ASDA and you is formed (see Your Contract With Us in our Terms and Conditions).
All refund payments will be made by crediting the card you paid with.
Free Delivery on All Orders
We’re pleased to offer free delivery on all orders across the UK.
No Hidden Fees: There are no additional shipping costs for any order placed within the UK.
Delivery Timeframes: If items are in stock, standard delivery will be 2 to 3 working days. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.

Delivery Locations
We only deliver orders to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland).
Order Processing & Dispatch (Contact Lens)
- Stocked items: Once we have verified your contact lens specification, we aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days.
- Non-stocked/unusual prescriptions: If we don’t yet have your details verified or for more complex prescriptions, dispatch may take 5 to 7 working days.
- Verification Issues: If we are unable to verify your contact lens specification for any reason, we will contact you via email as soon as possible to update you.
Ownership & Responsibility
- Ownership of an item transfers to you only upon delivery (either directly, by leaving it in a safe place, or with a neighbour).
- Once an item is delivered, you are responsible for any damage or loss.
