Contact lens wearer tips
Wear your contact lenses for up to 4 hours on the first wearing session. Increase this by 1 hour on each subsequent wearing session until the maximum wearing time is achieved.
Do not exceed your maximum wearing time advised, even if your contact lenses are extremely comfortable.
Do not sleep in your contact lenses, unless recommended to do so by your Optician. If you do accidentally sleep whilst wearing your contact lenses, do not attempt to remove your lenses immediately. Wait until your eyes have naturally lubricated, or instill artificial tear drops that are suitable for use with contact lens wear. Try not to rub your eyes. Only remove your contact lenses if they are mobile. Consult your optician immediately.
Consult your Optician regarding contact lens wear and specific sports, vocations and interests i.e. swimming, flying etc.
Never wear your contact lenses whilst using a sunbed or heat lamp.

Should any of the following adverse reactions occur remove contact lenses, cease lens wear and consult your Optician:

- Abnormal sensation of something in the eye

Your eyes should look and feel good and you should be able to see well whilst wearing your lenses.
Always ask yourself if all of these apply on inserting your lenses.
